How long can a loan stay on PeerStreet?

Historically, our loans fill fairly quickly. Depending on the size of the loan, and other factors, loans can take longer to fund. In the somewhat rare situation that a loan does not fill quickly, our agreements with our lender partners indicate that we can make loans available for investment on our site for up to three weeks. There are instances where investments stay on for a longer or shorter period of time. In the event a loan does not get fully funded by the expiration of the applicable time period, PeerStreet may decide, on a case-by-case basis, to purchase the funded portion of the loan or to remove the investment from the site and return the committed funds to PeerStreet investor accounts.
