Who services PeerStreet’s loans?

PeerStreet maintains master servicing rights on most loans offered in our marketplace. In the majority of instances, we also work with vetted, leading, national private money servicing companies to handle payments, reporting, and distributions. Our internal Servicing team monitors payments across these sub-servicers and escalates issues with the borrower and original lender to our Asset Management team as necessary.
